I am a former employee of Online Hosting Network, a.K.A. World Market Systems. They changed their name in July due to reports here and in other places online such as the Better Business Bureau, and instructed all employees to tell potential customers that OHN had only been in business since March of that year. This company has no real human resources department, and I was sexually harassed the entire time I worked there. Every time I went to report it, there was someone laughing about the way I was treated and making excuses for their sales reps. I was not a sales rep, I was a "dialer, " someone who plays the audio by Forrest Webb and then if the person listens to the entire, boring thing, I transferred them to a "closer, " which are the most despicable human beings I have ever had to work with. Numerous times, too many to count, I would go into the bathroom which is located inside the "room, " a.K.A. The call center, where everyone works, and would find needles or baggies like someone had just gotten high. On occasion, the bathroom inside the call center would be backed up and no one could use it, so people used the locked bathrooms outside, and I smelled marijuana several times while using that bathroom. The only reason I stayed for a year was because I was desperate for a job. I don't use drugs at all, and I believe they specifically employ people they can obtain drugs from. They will not fire anyone, especially females, because they can't keep any girls for very long, unless they are the type to like sexual harassment and don't do anything about it, those types of girls are invaluable to them. If you ever visit their call center, which is off of 35th Ave. & Peoria Ave., not 19th Ave. & Northern Ave. Like they advertise on their website, you will see the ugliness first hand. Nearly everyone there has a criminal record, even supervisors, and this can be verified by visiting Maricopa County's criminal records website. This is not only a rip off, but a very dangerous place to work.
