Failure to show up

Specialist didn't appear for organized visit. Called customer support was informed he was working late and could be there within 1to1 1/2 hours. Didn't appear. Called customer support and was informed the following available specialist might appear along with a boss might contact me to go over their analysis. No specialist no-call from AT&T. Called customer support was informed my purchase was planned to be finished. However no-call no-show. I created visit on January 3. Was informed first available was Feb 4th. Evidently there's no cause to think the corporation has transformed despite recurring customer issues. Atleast 5 various people I talked with today suggested their objective was to create me a happy client. I wonder what they believe that means.
