I checked my online bank this morning to find that an electronic check had been made to BBU interservices. I called the number over and over until I finally reached someone. After talking to the man named Gene he hung up on me. I called back over and over all the while Gene was the only one who answered at this company. I demanded to know the name of his supervisor which he said that he could not give me. I asked where he was located and he said that he could also not tell me that.
I told him I was recording our coversation and he had the nerve to tell me that he did not authorize for our call to be recorded. I explained to him that I also had not authorized 29.95 to be taken out of my account. The check was completely ridiculous and had been electronically signed. It did not even have my correct address. Finally after about 50 calls he put me on with a woman he said to be the supervisor named Tiajuana. Theyask me to give them my account number again so that they could look into it. I explained to the woman that I was going to make it my life goal to bring these people down. Please respond if this has happened to you.
