Income cloner took money from cr card not authorised

I paid frieght for a free DVD and used cr card. They used this number to claim payment for a course I did not require or order. When aware I emailed many times to instruct them to not proceed and not take ANY money from my card. I got no acknowledgement from them

They took $197 I believe fraudulently.
