Subhasish - Marketing Director I had the same problem that was reported by another person, was promised a new web site design. After about 3 days they sent me a mock up of some generic web site which was totally wrong for my busine donotknow

I too was promised a newly designed web site and was charged $600. Up front out of a total 1200.00 quoted for the new design. After the initial web site presentation, which did not have anything to do with what my web store was about they agreed to present another design having more to do with my web stores product line. Well after not hearing anything for about a week I tried to contact them. Their phone number on their web site is bogus, it does not connect you to anything and my emails were ignored. So basically they take your money and give you nothing in return. Do NOT do business with these or this person, you WILL get ripped off!
