We were promised by HIT that we would have 5,000 product entries on our website. They went out of business and left us with 1,000 products in our shopping cart. Some of the files have problems with them, but I can't fix them. Whenever I asked my design person at HIT to help me correct files, she would have me re-download Excel files. Finally she emailed me parts of a document to help me add products by going into the back files. But there are still problems with images, drop down menus versus radio menus, etc. That I can't fix. I have to pay another design firm to do this, and create 4,000 product pages that we already paid for. I was NEVER contacted by anyone that HIT had gone out of business, so I was shocked to put it mildly. I found out by searching the Internet for them.
