Ihired OmniTech support about a year and a half ago. At first, they were terrific. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. Then around two months ago, I had an argument with a tech about my contract. They said it ran out and I knew it was good for another year. They were adamant about the length of the contract and removed their ICON from my desktop so I could not contact them. I went to their website and talked to customer service. I gave them my information proving I still had more than a year of service left on my account.
