Lately I created an order. I've not obtained the product and that I don't have the ability to get the item. The client service is truly horrible. Once I observed the delivery address is incorrect, I needed to alter the handle. I sent towards the customer support using the proper target. No reply before following day. 24 hours later I obtained a contact showing that I have to contact them. Therefore, I named. Nevertheless, I came across they have an automatic system-so they can't change the handle or stop the purchase. Therefore, despite the fact that the handle is incorrect plus they haven't sent the merchandise however, they intend to send the merchandise towards the incorrect target anyway. Therefore, the underside point is the fact that when the order is created, there's no method to stop the purchase. This is the way this site does their customer support. The individual in the customer support centre named Bob explained that when the item is delivered in the shipping towards the incorrect handle, they'd return my income. That's the only path I will have my cash back. Therefore if it's not delivered, I wont have my money-back, that will be most probably to occur. Bob actually yelled me. It's very deplorable.
