Chakery LLC was hired to design a new website and provide SEO work.in short, no design was ever provided after months of excuses. No SEO reports were ever provided to show the work was completed.in February he indicated he would refund $3000.00 for the website design portion of the contract. After excuses of bookkeeper not sending check, and then funds not available, he suggested a payment plan to avoid legal action.
He made one payment of $500.00 once I indicated that legal action would be imminent. The additional payments he agreed to failed to materialize.
