Thanks to this website I was immediately able to find out who to call when I noticed a seven dollar charge on my checking account for WLI Reservation Rewards. Turns out they got my information through classmates.com. After speaking with the representative, who insisted I was "confused" and that their "membership application" was clear, I advised her that I'd seen several complaints on usacomplaints.com. She admitted that they had received other complaints. My question is: if they are receiving complaints, obviously there is something wrong with the way they are offering their service to consumers - why not change it? Shame on classmates.com also for aligning themselves with such a scam.
