No pride in customer service. They make promises that they have no intention of keeping, financially as well. So, if you have already started working with them document every financial commitment. The financial agreements by phone holds absolutely no weight. Everything must be documented in writing.
It will take months to get things done. And you will spend hours on hold on the phone... Very poor customer service.
