In late November I hired Martin Zivadinovich of BestCraigslist.com and ElectricNerd.com to build me a custom site with YouTube Upload. I paid him $150 for the sit and $20 for hosting. He promised the site would be complete in a few days.
Shortly after I hired him he took a vacation to see his grandmother in another country. He promised to complete the site upon return. However, it went on and on and a few days turned into months. Then to complete the site he said he would need another $100 for the forum. He said it was separate. I sent him the $100.
After "completing" my website in March, he provided me a poorly working site that was hardly worth a few dollars, not to mention $150. Then Martin Zivadinovich turns around and scraps the entire site. He offered me a site called Mushbo (Mushbo.com) and led me to believe he built the site. However, when I did research I found out these sites are not custom built and definitely not built by him, but a company he is apparently affiliated with. Please tell me how could he have the audacity to sale me a Musho Site as a custom built site. He is a pure Rip Off!
The custom built forum was suppose to look lite the site but hardly did. When I bought these grossly blatant attempts to rip me off and demanded my money back he gave me the following reply:

I did all the work you asked, the fact that it took some more time is not a right reason for a refund as I provided the service, worked the hours burned my time and put my efforts on it, and I GOT IT DONE! And even more than requested I did it right, the fact that there were issues, some delays but worked hard to get everything done and fixed is not a reason to ask for a refund.
You can spend the money in a lawyer at this point I will ask you to stop emailing me. If you try to make damage to me, if want to go to that route I can also go on that route as well and Im pretty good in everything I do as you can tell, specially the web.
Stop being unfair and lets move forward, how about you take new steps on your website and make money out of it???

Martin,
I do not think I am being unfair. For one you never installed my You Tube as promised. I can show you this in Black and white. So all the work was not DONE. I paid you $150 for the You Tube and a custom site which I did not receive, so how can you say all the work is done? I wrote you a humble email attempting to settle this so we could move forward. You are acting as if I am asking you to do something I have not PAID you for. I paid you and it is not my issue of what you go through to deliver your services to the paying customer.
It is obvious you do not want to honor the delivery of my site according to the agreed upon terms by your response. That is simply bad business and I am appalled that you are actually acting as you are in the right when the facts show without a doubt that you are dead wrong.
I also paid to have your name removed from my site. This was not honored as well. Is it your intentions to correct these issues? Also when did you complete the forum? Did you send it? Please point it out and give me the access to it. Let me know what your intentions are as to inserting my You Tube.
And this is basically were we ended with the exception of a few more emails which he informed me to get a lawyer and that he was not returning my money. I have every email in black and white that tells the story. He is the worse kind of crook that hides behind the safety of the internet and scams you with false promises and fails miserably to deliver any of those promises. Then he turns around and tries to make the customer seem like the bad party.
Bottomline: Martin Zivadinovich ripped me off! He is a con artist and his only intent is to string you along and milk you. He is a classic example of Internet Bait and Switch. He will bait you in with fine promises on what he can deliver and then delivers inferior work or work you never paid for. Then he claims, "I did the work" and that is all that matters. Does anyone really want to do business with a man like this.
I will take partial fault for this. I read a complaint on him prior to doing business with him and chalked it up as just a perhaps just a onetime bad business deal. However, please review the scam informer and other post on usacomplaints.com. Despite those reports I am telling you that he dealt me bad business and refuses to refund my full $269.00. And what makes it so bad is that he sold me another companies site and never delivered on anything he promised. Awful experience!
