The customer service people are friendly as can be BUT THAT IS ALL THEY ARE!!! They are not helpful or knowledgeable about how to successfully get your service up and running. I am glad I only use the Internet for entertainment, otherwise I would out of business. I paid a 100.00 up front for my Internet service under the impression they had a special of 14.00 a month. Turns out the special does not kick in until after 2 months. OTHERWISE I am paying 40.00 a month for service that is half working. ASK me if I could do it again would I use AT&T?
I would really look at other companies and make AT&T the very last choice on my list.
