They only sell defective cartridges

I order some ink cartridges and the black cartridge registered empty on the printer. After several emails back and forth (they only do customer service by email, not by phone), they sent me another one, only all the ink had leaked out! I tried to call and talk to someone but the receptionist said they only communicate through email. Obviously they don't care about customer service, they only want your money.
