I did not have computer access for several days. When the computer was fixed, I went to check my bank account history and found that EZ Loan Protection had withdrawn (by check) $30. I went to my bank to file a complaint of an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account by this company. Many attempts to the listed phone number resulted in a busy signal each and every time. The bank tried several times also). Once home, I again proceeded on dialing the number listed on the check they used to withdraw the money from my account. After 1 1/2 hours of trying, I eventually heard a recorded menu with three options. I tried #3 which was member services. I stayed on the line for 35 minutes with no one picking up. I hung up, dialed again choosing option #2. Again, no one picked up in 40 minutes. I tried dialing 1 more time and picked option 1 which was for a free tax analysis. After 10 minutes someone picked up. I spoke to a woman named Joy who would not give me her last name; but did give me an agent I. D, # 156690. She apologized a number of times while I asked her how they had gotten my information to withdrawer $30 from my account. She said it was from an inquiry I had made on line in the beginning of November. She assured me that the money would be placed back into my account in 7-10 days. I told her that if the money wasn't returned to my account in 10 days that I would formally report them to the FBI (which can be done on-line). I have reported this company to the Attorney General in my state, and have every intention of following through with the FBI if they do not comply with the return.
