Web Listing Inc is a complete fraud. They send out fake invoices for services. They usually collect information by posting ads on craigslist.org seeking low cost bids on any and all web development work. They then take all the information supplied to them by unsuspecting web development company and then bill their clients.
The address they list belongs to a ups store post office box. I called the ups store and notified them of this fraud and they referred me to the buffalo post master general's office.
File a report with them
Also file a report with the state of ny attorney generals office.
If you actually sent payment to these crooks, notify your bank. And even the bank that processed the payment.
