I requested many containers of marmalade on November 15, so when they eventually came—really overdue—they'd been so poorly packed and misdirected, that but two of the containers were killed or else useless. Emails get no reply. Used to do have the ability to contact the organization by telephone and believed an upgraded purchase was enroute, but Holiday has come and eliminated and there's no indication of the marmalade, or perhaps a return. Today I simply get an answering device after I telephone the organization. I want I'd observed another customer issues before purchasing. This really is beyond inefficient—this really is just plain fraudulent. Avoid no matter what!!!
