After a hard drive crash, I contacted this company for a quote. The quote was received, and accepted. This required receiving two forms by email and returning them by FAX. I dont have a FAX machine... Found a machine at the Police Department. The forms included credit card information and charges whichI approved.
A month later, not having heard from the company, I called and was advised that data had been recovered and additional forms were required... Received the email forms and again drove to the Police Department to have the FAX's sent. A week later, as the date they recovered had not arrived, I called the company again, only to be told that they had never received the forms (even though I had received verification of receipt from the FAX machine). After much discussion with several people, I agreed to fax the forms again.in the conversation, it came to light that they were going to ship the data on a hard drive to a billing address, rather than my location address, something that I had confirmed initially.
Frustrated, I finally located the company headquarters, asked for customer service, and hopefully I will get the data in a week or so.
They did not have any trouble charging my credit card for the amounts, just providing what I had paid for. Never Again!
