I bought an HID package out of this organization for $200 back on 05/14. I mounted the package but one bulb wasn't functioning and so I named them immediately and that I told them concerning the bulb. I talked with Joh, who stated, "Do Not fear I'll deliver you fresh one tomorrow." I waited for just one week and named them daily till I eventually got Steve, who stated that the lamp had been delivered and he wound up providing me a fake following number. I named 1 week later and was placed on store for what appeared permanently before holding on me. They did this EVERYTIME I named. I eventually obtained the replacement lamp on 07/01, which mounted that created none of my lamps function. I named Steve and he explained that I required a far more costly HID lighting for my vehicle. Steve explained to deliver the alternative back to get a FULL REFUND. I delivered it back and was returned just $132.02 after which I named them back for that outstanding quantity. I had been informed the relaxation could be delivered to me instantly. Alternatively, I had been provided $20, departing another $48 credit for me personally. I called back for months (again, being set on store after which hung-up on) after which somebody called Jerry, explained he'd not return the remainder of the cash since the double filament exchange control have been broken, that will be $10. I told him when the funnel was broken, he must've educated me that after I had been provided the very first and next reimbursement. Regardless, even when I'm charged for that $10, I still require $37.98. I told Jerry this, but he explained the double filament exchange control expenses significantly more than $50.00, which is really a rest since the bill from his organization claims that it costs $10.
After I finally got them to hear the entire tale (above) and confronted them with legitimate motion (it is the primary, not the cash), I had been informed, " I'm sorry bud, the total amount leftover isn't being acknowledged. I'll notice you in small-claims judge inside your region once the test occurs."
Should you not need to become dime and dimed, then DON'T buy any products out of this organization.
