No refund when promised

Projector Lamp Heart doesn't follow-through using their guarantees. I requested a light on 6/30/08 and was informed it'd deliver within 4 times. On 8/21/08 I named when I hadn't acquired the light. I had been informed the seller was having an issue obtaining the light which it'd deliver on 8/27. On 9/10 I named and described that which was happening plus they explained they'd alter the seller and ship on 9/19. On 10/01 I called again, plus they explained it'd deliver on 10/06. On 10/13, I named and was informed it'd deliver that week, which the merchandise was very difficult to obtain. (It's a Sony light...) On 10/28 I named and was informed it'd deliver on 11/4. On 10/30, I named and terminated the purchase, when I discovered another supply that overnighted me this "difficult to get" light. I had been informed on 10/31 by SageRyder, Inc in Atlanta, GA that I'd get the $192.99 reimbursement via sign in about 30 business days. I e mailed on 12/08 to get a position update... Got nothing. I e mailed on 12/15 for an update... Got nothing, but still no-check. I named Projector Lamp nowadays, and also the only method you will get any customer support—AND THAT I MAKE USE OF THE EXPRESSION FREELY— would be to undergo email or their livechat. So that they have experienced my cash for 6 months, and that I never got an item from their website.
