Cowboom sold me a macbook laptop. The laptop broke so I expedited the process by DROPPING OFF the package at their warehouse in CHINO. The dude handling the package said the package was good to go and that I SHOULD have my money returned to me in 2-3 business days. I waited but never saw my money refunded so I called the company. Talked to three different people, and they said they're unable to refund my money because I didnt return it in time. I told them what I did and then an hour later, they finally agreed I was right and I did, in fact, turn it in on time.
However, it doesn't stop there. They then accused me of returning a product that did not belong to them in the first place. They said the serial number on the laptop did not match the serial number on the laptop I returned to them. I told them that the was the laptop they sold me. I did not take another laptop and tried to send it back.
