Big on Digital, where do I start. I ordered a "Anything sold here at BigOnDigital.com is guaranteed. All items are brand new with manufacturers seal still attached. This is to ensure that you are buying the best merchandise at the cheapest price possible." laptop on July 1. I finally received my "new" laptop on July 18. That is longer than the 10-14 days shipping.
When I got my "new" laptop, which actually was refurbished, not new, I plugged in the ac cord and plugged the computer into the wall for it to charge for the initial 24 hr period. The next day I went to turn my laptop on and it powered up for about 30 seconds then shut off. After that it would not turn on.
I contacted Toshiba and toshiba told me I had to go through Big on Digital, so I contacted my customer service rep, Rob Love. Rob told me it was not their problem but he would do me a "favor" and exchange the laptop for me. I had to send back the defective laptop and pay shipping again, and I was told by Rob that I would have my second "new" laptop within the week.
It has been 2 weeks since I sent back the "new" defective laptop and I have been told numerous times by Rob Love, the support team and the manager that my laptop has been shipped out, but they do not have a tracking number for me. How does a package get shipped out UPS and not have a tracking number???
Today, August 2 I still do not have my "new" laptop and Rob Love told me that my laptop has not been shipped? I have been told 3 or 4 times by the manager of Big On Digital, Mark Rance that my laptop shipped and I would have a tracking number in 48 hrs.
So to sum up my experience, it has been 1 month and a day and I still do not have my "new" laptop and Rob Love told me that Big on Digital's warehouse still does not have my laptop and he'll get around to calling me when my laptop ships out.
Do not EVER order anything from Big on Digital!!! They lie to you, cheat you, steal from you and have the worst customer service and sales support I have ever worked with.
