My company purchased two versions the landlord report software to manage our 236 unit apartment portfolio. Every six months or so, the software would no longer contain the data entered over the past few months creating an extremely time consuming process of re-entering every rent payment and maintennace transaction. Support kept claiming that it was due to a flaw that they were fixing. The final straw was when the actual rents and data entered changed so that material was not only lost but now inaccurate.
Support was useless. Then the entire link-up went blank and all information was lost. Desperate for information, we were relegated to some "remote live support" session during which they would not communicate for hours and then just sign off after accomplishing nothing. After calling their corporate headquaters and speaking with a human being, the response was a rude response instructing us to deal with support before hanging up.
We have now stopped using this software entirely and have begun rebuilding our entire business history on another software
This company is a complete nightmare and their concern with customer's experience is non-existent.
