EGlobal Wireless is the worst internet company I have ever encountered. I ordered a mini netbook on 16 Dec. Which they promptly took payment through PayPal. Seven days later I had yet to receive conformation of shipment despite the fact that I had order and received several other products via the internet days after this order was made. My attempts to find out the status of my order lead me to suspect that something was seriously wrong with eGlobal Wireless. When I clicked on the product that I had ordered I was informed that it was no longer available.
The website indicates the ability for LIVE chat support, but most of the time they were AWAY. When they did show that they were available they never responded directly. You were allowed to leave a message that they did respond via email. Their response time was 72 hours, thats 3 days. They did have a phone number that put you on hold for about 5 minutes and then send you directly to a voice mailbox, that they never responded to.
