Nitrolarryshirts I ordered 50 Nitro T-Shirts with my company advertising and paid for them in advance. Mr. Jackson cashed my check but did not send the artwork as promised or the shirts. Several emails and phone calls

I ordered 50 Nitro T-Shirts from Larry B. Jackson advertising himself as nitrolarryshirts. I paid by check in advance.
Mr. Jackson cashed the check and did not contact me with promised artwork for the shirts and did not ship the shirts to me. Several emails to him and phone messages left on his voice mail were not returned. Even warning him that I would pursue criminal charges against him failed to get a response.
I have his information concerning his address, social security number, date of birth and other information that will be reported to the Magistrate when I file a complaint against him. I've seen others on the internet that were also victimized by him in the same matter.
