This company is a rip-off - they never sent me a receipt for my boots, I tried reaching customer service and they never answered

I went to purchase a pair of boots from this site. It took my credit card information and charged my card, but when I tried contacting customer service after I did not get a receipt, I got no answer. Do not ever buy anything from this company!
