After I named to obtain internet "support" they did not clarify something, they simply needed my charge card #, once they charged me the cash for that association charge and also the regular charge they mightnot connect the web. And so I required my money-back immediately and sent them a notice to stop my "support". I called back again to discover when they received the notice they stated they did not. They offered me another fax amount to test but that quantity did not occur. They explained that I'd not get any refund. (anything occurred exactly the same evening inside a few hours).
I'd like my money-back, this people are thieves, don't create any cope with such people.
