I signed up for Been Verified looking for someone, you can't cancel (only join) online. The number they give to cancel is bogus I had to call my bank to get an alternate number and after spending 11 minutes on hold a very rude woman answers and immediately starts yelling at me about my free trial being over and how I agreed to no refunds. The website is awful anyways, they say it's all public record but the info been verified is offering is extremely outdated.
