I had called for a free three month trial of one of the company's products. I was asked for a credit card number for shipping and handling. They told me if I was dissatisfied with the product, I should cancel within the 3 month trial period. If you don't cancel, another shipment is sent to you and your credit card is billed some exhorbitant amount of money. When I called to cancel on their 800 number, the recording tells you to call another number which will cost you $4.95 per minute. When you call there you are put on hold and the recording tells you you will have to wait at least ten minutes. I called the order number to try to get more information, and the rude people would not give me a physical street address or any address except a P.O. Box. I wanted to send a letter that would require a signature upon receipt. They also tell you, that you can cancel online at their website. The website does not exsist! Something must be done!
