Stole 3 payments of 29.95 from my bank acct. After i cancelled membership

I started my membership with a free trial and a 1.00 dollar charge to check my three credit scores, the very day i checked them i called and cancelled the membership. Three months later i get a overdraft charge on my bank account, showing they had deducted 3 payments 29.95 from my account, when i called again the rep said i had never cancelled but she would request a refund 2 days later i get 2 responses they refund the 1 dollar charge and refused to refund the three month charge.
