I received a call today and the man already had all my personal and financial information. I refused to verify it and he continued to rebuttal me. I hung up on him thinking it would end the call, but he called back! After getting frustrated I handed the phone to my husband and the man started to curse at him. I contacted Customer Service (which is not Customer Service, just a message center that will transfer your complaint), the woman hung up on me. How do they have all of our information before calling us? Isn't there a Privacy Act that prevents that? And since when did it become okay for them to call back?
