This company refuses to acknowledge their shipping errors and refunds. They will not give you a phone number to complain or answer any complaints. I spent my own money to ship the merchandise back to them which i also want back. This outfit only exists on the internet and hides from everyone when a complaint arises. Don't waste your time buying their shoddy merchandise and get caught like i did.
