We purchased the vehicle fits magento extension for our website and have nothing but problems with the CEO Josh Ribakoff. We have experienced 2 failed attempts to install the software by Josh and have given him over 4 months to install the software. We still do not have a working module and he refuses to refund our money. He is now denying to send the software to us so we can get it installed and working properly by a professional. We have over $700 invested and this guy refuses to respond to emails or even give us the software we paid for.
He only responds if we post a complaint on a complaint board, so here we are once again posting our complaint. I am sure you will have a lie or two to respond with Josh, but first answer the 2 questions we have for you.
1. Why can't we have the refund you told us we could have if we were not happy?
2. If you aren't going to issue a refund where is our software?
