I bought an HP motherboard from this company. I paid with paypal which was my first mistake and their genious cover. I received the motherboard in the mail. I installed it and it has exact the same problem as the one I was replacing (poor solder contacts of graphic chip).
I wanted to contact them to tell them the matter and since I got no reply on mail I checked out the site in details. I found the option to fill a return request for the motherboard and I provided reasons for returning the product. Since I got their address on the Invoice they sent me, I sent the motherboard to that address. After two weeks the status on their website has changed to "recieved".
Nothing happened for a while so I opened a dispute with paypal as suggested in their buyer protection program. I continued to contact the seller as they suggest and she immediately escalated to a claim wherein paypal shut down the dispute right away.
