I entered into a contractual agree with the company for $5,400 via credit card and never heard from them again. I can't get in touch with them. There phone is set up so that you can never get through

I entered into a contractual agreement with I-Fortuity and never heard from them again. They have left me no way to get in touch with them.

There phone is set up so that I cannot leave a message. I cannot even get an address except that are located in Taxes. The contract was for $5,400 that I paid via credit card. Supposidly I was buying a malltype web site and they would be responsible for driving traffic to it via there advertising.
