I-fortuity called me about a business opportunity on the web 7 months ago. I signed up. Paid for additional advertising. Have not received a dime and can't get a response to emails. A ripoff!

I signed up for a business with i-fortuity. It was supposed to be a website opportunity where the company would have my website and advertise and recruit for me. I even paid a fortune for advertising - supposedly on CNN News, etc. That was 6.5 months ago. I have never seen a cent. I was told my website was being updated and that's why my income has not been forthcoming. I have contacted them numerous times - and can't get any response.
I believe this company to be a total fraud and I wish I could do something legally to force them to repay me the money I invested. They did not live up to their end of the bargain. I don't want others to end up in the same situation I am in.
