Vecordia Corporation 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Fraud

On Sept. 16 2010 I signed up for a web hosting account with DailyRazor.com. Everything went smooth. My paypal account was charged and a subscription setup. My access to the server was granted and I transferred my files. Shortly after the first week I began experiencing service outages and very slow transfer speeds. At times my site was offline for quite some time. I was unhappy with their service so on October 14th I canceled my account and asked for a refund according to their 30 day money back guarantee. It's now November 23 and I'm still waiting for my money which was promised. I have no hopes of seeing that money. Here's how they worked their scam.

Upon requesting a refund I was told in an email that I had to jump through some hoops to do so. I immediately found this odd and manually canceled the PayPal subscription and informed them of this. They then said it would be 48 hours while they reviewed my case. When the 48 hours were up I contacted them again and was informed it was 48 "business hours". This went on and on, back in forth between "administration has authorized your refund" to "We are in the process of refunding your money" until 45 days later. What's key about 45 days? That's when you can no longer file a grievance with PayPal. I wish I paid more attention to that because as soon as the 45 days was up Daily Razor stopped answering my emails. They had my money and never intended to return it. They just lead me on until PayPal's 45 support period was up.

Even their domain information contains false information. I Google mapped their address and it's a field in next to a road that has recently been recorded with Google's Street View. They've recently updated that record yet fail to fix the typos found on the record. Everything about this company I've found spells out fraud and/or scam.

All I wanted was a refund... Now they will pay me with the satisfaction I get from their lost sales. Buyer Beware!!
