I paid my bill in full ($88.00) in September after full-filling my agreement to keep the service for one year. I wrote on that statement in big red letters to cancel my service.
I only used the service for one week in the year I had the service. The service was for a PCS card to insert into my laptop to get on the internet when travelling.
Now they say I owe $96.00 because I cancelled in the middle of THEIR billing cycle (I paid the bill as soon as I got it in the mail), and I owe the rest because they were charges from "before". These charges were not on the bill I paid for $88.00 when I paid it.
They call our house every day; this evening different people from Sprint called THREE times within an hour, telling me to pay what I owe. I don't owe them anything and have told them I do not intend to pay another cent.
How can I get this harassment stopped? I have better things to do than yell at them and upset my day/evening every time they call.
