Received the phone bill for our newly established small business. Noticed charges of $29.95 from Integretel for National Online Services. No clue what this was for. Called Integretel and was told they mailed a 30 day free trial offer and if we didn't want it we were supposed to call and cancel. Don't recall receiving anything in the mail.
Told they would not refund our money as we didn't cancel even though we did not request any information, internet service or authorize any charges.
