We first contacted Ai Networks (Drive Crash) in early September asking if they could break through the Bit Locker encryption that we forgot the password for on our External Hard drive. We told them that we didn't have the password to which they said it didn't matter. They went on to brag about how the had helped NASA and even the FBI in similar situations and assured us that they would be able to break the encryption.
We shipped the drive via UPS on 15 September at our own cost. There were no reports and no attempts to call us and even confirm that the hard drive arrived, which they had said they would do. Over the course of the next two months we attempted to contact them repeatedly to get a status update and to figure out whether or not they could even fix the problem. When we did finally contact them they said they would just call us back and that hard drive was still in the shop.
