Ambrose posts fraud ads on craigslist, and falsely represents himself as a corporation.
Ambrose posts ads for thin client computers on Craigslist Boston. He claims to be incorporated, but a quick search of the Massachusetts Secretary of State website confirms he is not. This is an illegal claim.
He also solicits demands information before making a cash sale of less than $100, and then insists on selling items from the back of a car. He refuses to give an address, and it is impossible to test his used merchandise, because he want's to meet on the side of the road.
And after reading manufacturer's specifications, it turns out that he is fraudulently making false claims about his computers, all of which are obsolete thin clients using outdated Windows CE operating systems that are not compatible with any current software, because Windows CE is not. He lies and claims these machines have Windows XP on them. I looked up the manufacturers original specifications and they cannot even run Windows XP because they have only a tiny 32M or 64M flash ROM from 2001 and no hard drive.
Most of these systems have the obsolete Transmeta Crusoe CPU which doesn't work with the modern software he claims it does.
I am glad I looked at the Secretary of State's website.
I have filed law enforcement complaints.
