Poor customer service, defective product, product did not match quote/estimate/proof

My military unit ordered military challenge coins from Challengecoinsplus.com. We sent the provider a sample sketch of the coin we wished to have produced. The provider put together a proof of what our coin would look like. We were satisfied with the proof or sample artwork and placed an order for 500 coins.
