Eclubdepot.com debited my mother's bank account using my name and address without permission from either of us. When we called, they stated that I opened an account with them.
I have never even heard of them. I had an email from a company called Freedom Card offer. I did open the email but did not continue any further. I do not even know my mother's bank account information.
The customer service representative, Richard Smith, says that the account has been closed and the money will be returned within 14 business days. He refused to let us speak with anyone else.
I want this company investigated and shut down.
