I went through the same thing. This company needs to be turn in to for biggest fraud. I am taking this matter to my local Attorney General. I hope everyone can join and file class suit and shut this business for good. If it is satisfaction guarantee they should not make it so difficult to get money back. You cannot talk to live operator only Robo Auto reply. You have to fill out 3 pages of paper filing and paper mail to them. You have to wait 2-3 weeks and you must call them within that time or you will loose your money. They are hoping people don't have time to follow the steps and loose money to them. Folks stay away from this website. If you make this mistake make sure you don't use the site. Call your credit card company and cancel your card. They will keep taking your money not just first $159. I do not understand why and how they get big TV network logos to show their seal of approval. Do not make this mistake.
