New ways 100% customer satisfaction promised return calls/emails will not be fulfilled no refunds even to those with comprehension needs

Went to what I thought was my local box office with excitement to purchase tickets to the Radio City Rockets in which it did have the same background. I check out the seat chart and continue to maybe purchased the tickets. So i proceeded to get the tickets and became very confused with prices and seating so i made the horrible mistake buying the tickets i tried to back out on but for some reason it did not happen or let me. A few hours later i was in my email box and had a confirmation on the purchased and seen the amount and that the tickets which was $409.00 for 2 ticket amount any where else I can not afford that much for tickets I called them as soon as i read the email and i called and asked to be refunded and to cancel my order and that after receiving the email there was a 2 day shipping fee and yet in another email it said would take 3 months. I realized what i had done and how i did not comprehend what i had done. I called and asked for a refund and they said no way they would give me one they said that i click on an agreement that i could not receive a refund or cancel the purchase. I shared with them that i have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to comprehend things and to process things correctly They still said no way would they give me a refund I asked them why they could not and as i said above that i agreed i could not have a refund still i can not remember that at all I also said why the tickets would take 3 months before they mailed out to me they then said that they did not have the tickets as of yet and then I asked if the tickets were not available why i could not have a refund and once again they said a agreed on the website. I sent an email the next morning to ask for a refund and explained what had happen to me in my conversation the evening before and the only thing i received back from them was the automatic email saying they would get back to me with in 24 to 48 hrs which never happen I then called 3 times that day and shared with them what happen and about my comprehension problems and i had made a huge mistake each time they would continue say different things and i asked to talk to manager and they finally put me through to him his name was Jeff and i shared with him my needs and situation with my health needs and said he would get back to me next day and once again no call so i called him and he was busy and said he would call right back which he has not still.in a total I have sent 4 emails and at least 7 or 8 calls still the run around. I truly do have an illness which I live each day not knowing if I can function properly in my comprehension or not as well as other physical health problems. It is hard to share this it has taken me 4 hours just to try and write this email to you if i have repeated myself please forgive me. Please if there is any way you can help me in this situation i would be thankful you can not i understand i will not be offended in any way thanks for taking the time reading email
