I purchased two tickets off of stub hub on a Friday night for a Sunday afternoon hockey game. On Friday evening I received two emails with the second on saying that they had charged my card and would receive tickets within 24 hours. On Sunday morning the tickets had not arrived. After 5 phone calls to the company including on where they said they would call back I received the tickets too late to attend the game. When asked about a refund I was told I would get $12 back from the $90 plus that I spent on the tickets. They said it was not their fault that the tickets were late. According to the emails I receive I should have had tickets by Saturday evening. When calling customer service we spoke with 5 different people who told us 5 different things. I will not be using stub hub again.
