Rip off, liar still owed money enfield

November i ordered 221 sony psps through philip anderson 'andtech'

I met with phil at his home address and had copies of his passport

10 days OVER delivery date he went to ground only contactable by sms

98 units arrived 2 months late! Im bstill owed 15k interest!

I have been in contact with mr anderson over vthe last 2 years and i am trying to find his current address (as he is claiming he has moved!)

As my solicitor and court would like to talk to him! Anybody know him!!
