At&t probably has some of the dumbest team of idiots working there. I tell them my problem they tell me it's my system who's at fault. After I tell them my computer is perfectly fine, it's not the reason why i am getting high ping (latency). Everytime I call At&t and tell them my problems, they act like I am a completely noob and they tell me to restart my router/modem delete my cookies/cache restart my computer etc etc. After I tell them my download speed is FINE it's just my PING (latency) they give me a link and tell me to tell them my speed. Which is kinda stupid because i just told them that my speed is fine. After that. Again. They try to blame it on my computer they ask me what kind of Security software I have installed. I tell them. I also tell them that i can just disable it if they think it's the problem, then they tell me maybe my system cannot handle the games I'm playing. So i tell them the minimum system requirements to play the games. And my system specs. Then after 1 hour of talking to them. They say I regret to inform you that I cannot be of further assistance and try to transfer me into a 2nd level tech groupy. Really? So far. They filed a Ticket for me and a tech guy came to my house and they tell me there's no problem when there's clearly a problem. They really need to hire some people that actually know about what they're doing. I mean I'm 14 and i know more than them..
