Something I found out about Supabill...
They were bought out by a company I believe is called Web Inc. The telephone
number for them is 775 588-7862 or 877 974-8905. I found it very hard to get someone to answer, however...
If you go thru the touchtone menu and are asked to enter an extension, enter 319.
Or... If you get to the directory part and are asked to enter first 4 letters of persons name, enter 7426 (shan).
The girl at extension 319 name is Shani. I left a message on her voice mail and a while later she DID return my call. Not only did she return my call but I got results from her, and FAST too. I told her I canceled after the 3 day trial not only on Teenfarm.com, but also another site from Supabill... Dont recall the name of other site.
Anyway, Shani reviewed records of my credit card account and my bank checking account, and she credited back my bank account immediately, and within 7-10 days I also received a check for the total amount billed to my credit card after 3 day trial was up.
PLEASE TO ANYONE WHO READS THIS. If you call and contact Shani or anyone else there. Please remember. They are NOT Supabill. They purchased the accounts from Supabill. So the billing problems are not from Web Inc, and I feel they are being very generous refunding all this money from a company they purchased.
I wish everyone luck, and I am sure Shani and Web Inc will satisfy any problems you had with Supabill.
