I to have been had by them to, I have received the same standard letter when I applied for a refund. I have since wrote to them supabill and cannot get a answer from them.
30 min free. No. Free dvd. No. Charge 49.99... Yes. I have contacted the bank and made a complaint and going thru litagation now. Mmmmm wonder if enough people can sue them... Class action lawsuit against supabill, XBILL, web site owner. Etc etc.??
